*Returns Policy*
Thank you for shopping with DH Jewellers We strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns policy to ensure your peace of mind.
**Returns Period:**
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags intact.
**Exclusions:**
Due to the nature of our products, any items with tampering present will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Any damage after receipt of delivery, delivery damages must be stated within 72 hours of delivery or you will not be covered.
Bespoke Designs can Only be exchanged or changed
**Return Procedure:**
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service team within the returns period to initiate the return process. You can reach us at Daniel@dhjewellers.com
2. Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
3. Our customer service team will guide you through the returns procedure and provide you with a return authorization number (RAN).
4. Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and tags, and include the RAN provided by our customer service team.
5. Ship the item back to us using a traceable shipping method. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
**Refunds:**
Once we receive your returned item and it is inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow [14] business days for the refund to reflect in your account. (dependant on your bank it may take longer)
**Damaged Items:**
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the availability of the product. as above, due to the nature of our products you have 72 hours from receipt of delivery to state else your refund may be declined.
